An Nguyen Boutique Hotel

We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the rooftop to celebrate the New Year! The availability of a washing machine and dryer was just perfect and so handy. It was in the old quarter and a short 20-minute walk in the morning to Hoan Lake to watch the locals do Tai Chi or dance class, a calm side before the city woke up. The man at reception was also helpful in assisting us in booking transport from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, which even came with seats that had a massage function!

Ordering a grab from the location was a bit tricky, but we could walk easily.

Amazing staff waited until 2 am that I arrived. Always available. Great location.

The location was convenient and provided easy walking access to most of the key sites and locations one would typically want to visit as a first timer. Close to lots of shopping and eating options. Free laundry was very convenient.

The light in the room was minimal and had only one small outside window. It was a minor inconvenience to have to walk up to the 7th floor from the 6th (elevator only goes to the 6th floor by design) every time one wants to use the laundry facilities and/or shared kitchen area, get coffee, tea, etc.

Good location. Top floor terrace has amenities: kitchen, laundry facilities, etc.Rooms are clean and in good condition.

I like the washing machine with also a dryer and the location accessible for everything you need..The staff also they are very helpful and nice specially VAN she arrange our sleeper bus going to sapa and tour for halong bay,ninh bihn.. THANK YOU VAN!

The shower and lavatory at least they have partition.There pillows is very hard.

The hotel what situated in a great vacation and Hanoi. It was very close to train Street It's an amazing. Light and helpful when asking for directions and how to book transport to certain places. The room was right size clean the ball, but not so great throughout the window as we looked over a backyard of rubble ? Pop from that though very good.

Noisy tenants and the access to the rooftop was difficult as I am traveling with a disabled kid in a wheelchair.

Everything was great, the room was really nice and clean and they gave us free snacks and drinks. However, the most outstanding thing about this place was the customer service. I managed to lose my passport on my way from the airport and Emy went an extra length to help me add much add possible, she talked to the people in the lost and found department and the airport and after realising that it was in the taxi she managed to communicate with the driver who gave my passport back. I would have been completely lost without her! So thank you so much for everything!!!

We had a great stay. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Clean, spacious rooms, beds are comfortable and very close to the center of Hanoi. The rooftop with kitchen, free coffee and free laundry is a really nice attention.

The location is super convenient, the reception team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the shared amenities—like the washer, dryer, and coffee station—are such a bonus. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless. We honestly have nothing but great things to say and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi

Great staff. Incredible welcome and thoroughly helpful in planning our tour activities in and around Hanoi. Also great assistance in other information regarding food and shopping. Such a cozy room and incredible pleasant stay.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, the staff are communicative and understanding. We stayed here 2 times, and they let us leave us bags whilst doing a couple of night trip elsewhere. They were stored safely and securely. The hotel is quiet and a lovely break from the noise and hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The amenities are great, all toiletries, snacks and water and the communal kitchen was fab! Lots of free things to use if you want to make your own meals and snacks and the laundry facilities are great, they provide detergent. We never had an issue with needing to wait for other people’s laundry. The hotel is clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! What’s more, it felt like a home away from home as they booked us into the same room as before! Please book here!

Great location, close to everything, good area for pick up by tour bus. Very friendly staff that helped us out with our luggage storage while travelling. Washing and drying facilities was a bonus.

The staff were very warm and helpful, it’s a good location to get around and great value for money. The shared area on the roof is a great addition!

I really enjoyed having access to free laundry facilities - definitely a bonus towards the end of my trip. There was always coffee and hot water available as well in the kitchen.

The location is a little far from things than I would have preferred but I would definitely still stay here again.

The rooms were big, wifi worked but isn't super fast, and it is in the old quarter - overall the place is fine but overrated.

The room constantly has mosquitos in it, the beds were damp, and the walls are paperthin so it is very noisy. When we arrived in the evening the lights were left on and the windows open (and the bathroom has a hole in the wall rather than a vent) so the room was full of mosquitos from the beginning. The only window was a narrow one overlooking an alley way where construction work began at 9am. We were very confused by all the glowing reviews but they finally made sense when we saw other people were made review the hotel in front of the hosts before they checked out.

Great value stay for my overnight visit. Room was clean and well-maintained. Location is perfect - surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Easy Grab access and convenient for pick-up/drop-off. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
